Strength & Conditioning

Atlanta Volleyball Academy is proud to bring you Atlanta Extreme Sports Performance. AEVC Sports Performance will build athletes to be top of the line. Our focus will be on speed, agility, conditioning and strength.


JUNIOR ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE


Strength Training - Full body strength training working to strengthen isolated muscle groups vital to volleyball. This class is also beneficial in preventing sport related injuries.

Price: $45


Elite Jump Training - Learn to jump. In order to jump high we must first learn how to absorb force, and use it to produce power. We will focus on jumping and landing mechanics, then advance to volleyball specific approach, block, etc.

Speed and Agility - This program is focused on being quicker all around. Running mechanics, bodily positions in space, as well as change of direction all play a part in being a great athlete.

Price: $45


Vertimax - Our most advanced training for vertical power. Our entire session from the warm up to cool down will be on the platform.

Price: $65

ADULT ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE

Get back into the best shape of your life with our Adult Athletic Performance Personal Training Program. Our program is designed for current/former athletes or active adults of all fitness
levels looking to recover from injuries, increase strength, and break through plateaus in a friendly, energetic environment. Led by Atlanta Extreme Sports Performance coaches, every day is different and the training phases continuously change throughout the year. Get ready to train like an elite athlete and reimagine your limits.
 

Lower Body Strength

 Learn how to develop strength with proper form in order to produce efficient power.

Upper Body Strength

Develop proper movement patterns to avoid upper body injuries and develop muscle tone.

Conditioning
ď‚·Metabolic and endurance based conditioning to help strengthen your cardiovascular system.

Corrective Exercise
 Involves identifying inefficient movement patterns, utilizing low intensity exercise to correct movements and building the foundation for strengthening.

**Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to your lesson to reschedule, refunds are not given.**


Payment Specifics

Registrations will be accepted on a first come-first served basis through our online registration system. Please be advised that, prior to previous years, your child is not considered to be registered until payment has been received. Once the online registration process has been completed and payment rendered, your child’s slot in the camp/clinic is secured. AVA clinics and camps have sold out for the past several years, so we recommend that you register and pay early to reserve your slot. Online payments may be made with a credit or debit card through our online registration system. All online registrations are subject to an online processing fee (2.9%+0.59) added at check out. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Atlanta Volleyball Academy.

Other Camp Specifics

Please be advised that athletes will be broken up into groups based off of skills set and/or age which will be solely decided by the Coaches and not parents. Athletes may be moved up or down with various groups depending on the coaches’ recommendations to ensure that the athlete is set up for success throughout the duration of the camp.
